Detailed Tour Itinerary
7:00 AM: Departure from Mathura/Vrindavan
Your heritage tour begins with an early pickup to make the most of the day.
8:30 AM: The Taj Mahal
We arrive at the Taj Mahal early to witness its beauty in the soft morning light. A testament to eternal love, this white marble mausoleum is an unforgettable sight. You will have 2-3 hours to explore its gardens and intricate architecture.
12:30 PM: Agra Fort
Next, we visit the historic Agra Fort. This sprawling red sandstone fortress reveals the opulent lifestyle of the Mughal emperors through its stunning palaces, audience halls, and mosques.
2:00 PM: Lunch Break
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a quality restaurant, savoring famous Mughlai and local cuisines (cost not included).
3:00 PM: Journey to Fatehpur Sikri
After lunch, we drive for about an hour to the magnificent abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri. Once the capital of Emperor Akbar, it is home to architectural marvels like the Buland Darwaza and the sacred Tomb of Salim Chishti.
Evening: Return Journey
After a full day of exploration, we begin our return trip, dropping you back at your location in Mathura/Vrindavan by around 8:00 PM.
Expert Tip: October is a popular month for tourists. We recommend booking your tour in advance. The Taj Mahal is closed every Friday.
